They’ve built scalable lending platforms that streamline the business lending process, allowing lenders to efficiently deliver capital to small and medium-sized businesses.

• Team Collaboration: Work with your team to achieve goals, with incentives based on your contributions and closed loans.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver top-notch service to clients, both internally and externally.
• Credit Policy Mastery: Gain a deep understanding of SBA credit policies and bank procedures.
• Administrative Support: Help with closing loan requirements and maintaining accurate loan application packages
• Documentation: Help ensure documents are correct and delivered on time.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: 1-3 years in financial services
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn CRM and other technology platforms quickly
• Self-Motivated: A go-getter who can work independently without constant instruction
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Communicator: Great interpersonal and customer service skills
• Compliance Aware: Ready to participate in required training and adhere to banking laws and regulations
• Competitive: You love setting and crushing goals
• Traveler: Willing to travel as needed

Compensation

• Salary Range: $45k-$70k before incentives (depending on position)
• Incentives: Annual bonuses and commissions tied to team performance and individual contributions.
