Desired experience includes: mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, private equity transactions, IPOs, and representation of publicly-traded and significant privately-held companies in complex corporate matters.

Requirements for the Corporate Consulting Attorney

5+ years corporate experience at an Am Law firm, corporate boutique or similar legal department
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
Prior experience as an associate or counsel in the corporate practice group of a highly respected full service corporate law firm is highly preferred
Outstanding references
