Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated HR intern to join our team at Vrcyn. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources. The position is remote, based in Noida, and is an internship suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience.
Qualifications And Skills
Understanding of recruitment processes and techniques to assist in attracting top talent.
Basic knowledge of employee relations and the ability to foster a positive workplace environment.
Familiarity with performance management processes to support employee development.
Interest in training and development to help design and implement effective programs.
Awareness of HR compliance to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Understanding of compensation and benefits to assist in managing employee remuneration.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) for maintaining accurate employee data.
Skills in conflict resolution to address and resolve employee disputes effectively.
Roles And Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary paperwork and facilitating new hire orientation.
Help maintain employee records and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Participate in performance management processes to help evaluate and develop employee performance.
Assist in handling employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
