Job Overview

We are actively seeking a driven and skilled Field Investigator to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in investigative work, particularly within the Insurance/SIU sector, with 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience. This position requires a proactive attitude, sharp critical thinking abilities, and a strong capacity to operate autonomously while strictly adhering to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveillance, activity assessments, background checks, and integrity surveys.
  • Ensure the production of clear, in-focus, and steady surveillance video evidence.
  • Adhere to established formats and timelines for investigative reports.
  • Document and record statements accurately.
  • Generate daily reports that encompass relevant details.

Required Skills

  • Extensive investigative experience, specifically within Insurance/SIU.
  • Exceptional communication capabilities, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are highly valued.
  • Proficient in computer and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
  • Critical thinking, self-initiative, motivation, and meticulous attention to detail are vital attributes.
  • Must be able to take direction and comply with company processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of general investigative experience.
  • Possession of a C or CC-License for Florida investigators or appropriate state licensing for those applying in other states.
  • All lines adjuster license is advantageous.
  • Candidates must have a fully insured, surveillance-ready vehicle with suitable window tinting.
