We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer for a remote contract position to support our initiatives in enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to meet our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively within a team to design, develop, and implement solutions that optimize the use of Dynamics 365 CRM across various business functions.
Provide comprehensive training and create documentation to ensure users are well-versed in system functionalities and updates.
Manage the creation, delivery, and oversight of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within the GCC.
Engage with other development teams to leverage shared functionalities and components across projects.
Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms, views, charts, and dashboards to enhance user experience.
Oversee the management of Dynamics CRM entities, including configurations and customizations.
Implement and configure workflows, business rules, and entity relationships to streamline processes.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM and its customization capabilities.
Experience in managing CRM entities and implementing field customizations.
Ability to create and manage business process flows, workflows, and business rules.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications
Certification in Dynamics 365 is essential.
Proven experience in developing and customizing solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to work effectively in diverse teams.
