Currently in a phase of growth, Nordberg Medical is intent on broadening its presence from Swedish to international markets targeting medical anti-ageing solutions manufactured in Sweden.
As our new Key Account Manager in Portugal, you will be responsible for driving sales beginning with the product JULÄINE™ and maintaining relationships with key accounts in Portugal. Reporting to the Commercial Director Iberia, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to develop and implement sales strategies. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, primarily healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing product and technical support to customers.
This is a field-based position, with a basis in either Lisbon or Porto.
Key Responsibilities Include
Contribute to and implement sales strategies to drive product sales and achieve targets for key accounts.
Responsible for the commercial relationship with Key Accounts in the region.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
Provide product and technical support to customers.
Attend and present at industry events and conferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic filler market and competitive products.
Skills and requirements
We are looking for someone with previous sales experience and an established network in medical aesthetics. Your reputation and network have played a crucial role in your previous success, and you are now motivated to bring an innovative, high-end product to the market.
Required Qualifications
Sales experience in the medical aesthetics industry in Portugal.
A proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese.
Working proficiency in English is an advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel for business as needed.
