Position: Sales Representative - Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran, Paranaque, Metro Manila, Baclaran

Work setup & shift: WFH | Night shift

Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Identify potential clients through research, inbound inquiries, and targeted outreach.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan, including cold emails, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with Be Electric’s services and client needs.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Track and manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead handoffs and increase conversion rates.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Develop relationships with new clients, serving as their main point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Present Be Electric’s services and capabilities in a compelling and client-focused manner.
  • Customize sales presentations and proposals to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
  • Stay informed about trends in film production, virtual production, and related industries.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on client needs, service gaps, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging that resonate with potential clients.
  • Report on lead generation performance, pipeline status, and sales goals to the leadership team.
  • Assist in developing new strategies to increase lead generation and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

Preferred skills/experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the media, film, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools, strategies, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage multiple leads effectively.
  • Experience creating customized proposals and delivering persuasive presentations.
  • Familiarity with the film production industry and an understanding of soundstage, virtual production, or equipment rental services is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven to achieve measurable results.
