Job Description

  • Manage exclusive client assignments from initial scoping through to offer acceptance, onboarding, and beyond, supported by our 12-month free replacement guarantee.
  • Ensure that clients and candidates receive an outstanding experience that they will want to share with others.
  • Strive to be a top performer within Solutions Driven’s delivery metrics, including offer acceptance rates, first-time accuracy, time-to-fill, and customer satisfaction.

This role does not involve sales calls or presentations; those responsibilities are handled by our talented Business Growth

Team.

  • Ownership, understanding and mastery of the SD 6S process.
  • Consistently meet revenue expectations/month and strong KPI score.
  • Management of a Talent Research Partner, if applicable.
  • Define sourcing, engagement and back-end strategy.
  • Lead all client calls - scoping call, Market Insights feedback, sample review, shortlist review, ad hoc feedback calls.
  • Definition of responsibilities (i.e., who owns what) for each assignment/ project.
  • Undertake research into clients, vacancy background, industry etc., to build a solid understanding.
  • Act as the Silent Partner to the Client's Talent Acquisition team.

Qualification/experience:

  • Are currently satisfied in their roles but are intrigued by the opportunities at Solutions Driven.
  • Exhibit high performance in their current positions with potential for growth and development.
  • Are customer-centric and committed to achieving results while ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Possess expertise in sourcing and engagement while understanding common recruitment pitfalls.
  • Balance the analytical aspects of recruitment with creativity, personality, and adaptability to enhance our Recruitment Process Intelligence offering.
  • Understand the importance of exclusive relationships in recruitment.
  • Are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, as we have successfully filled positions in over 59 countries in the past three years.
  • Being a high performer, comfortable with filling 2-3 business critical hires per month

Prior Experience

  • At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in executive search within a global or international setting
  • Strong background in managing exclusive client assignments
  • At least 5 years of direct client management experience
  • Experience working in the STEM industry outside the Philippines
  • Talent and market mapping experience (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Well-versed with sourcing on different platforms, approaches, and other creative initiatives
  • Experienced in recruiting specialists to C-suite level roles
  • Strong in candidate assessment, engagement, interviewing, and management.
  • Skillful in handling hiring managers
  • Understands and has the aptitude for data analytics
  • Can quickly understand new roles and industries being supported
  • Excellent personal organization, administrative skills, and communication skills
  • Strong weekly reporting is strong nice to have
  • Lots of multi-national candidate/ client contact - all in English
  • Multi-sector/segment functions roles preferred, as SD are not sector specific.
  • Has worked, or is sure that they can work, on UK time zones.
  • Is used to being managed by KPIs
  • We want to see/understand tangible examples from candidates of times when they have had to manage communications with a problematic client and times when they have had to consult with a client on why a role can't be filled currently, but how it can be filled. Essentially examples of consulting confidently with a client
