Your Role:

Requirement gathering / user story elaboration
Helpdesk / service desk ticket response and escalation
User Acceptance Testing / Basic QA
Basic UI / UX design (Figma)

Note: This role includes both tactical (70% delivery & customer support) and strategic work (30% Roadmap & product vision).

What You Need

Non-negotiables

Excellent communication skills & high emotional intelligence
Eye for detail & ability to find and solve for edge cases
Ability to make prioritization decisions to help deliver business objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision.
A continuous improvement mindset
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to balance competing needs and priorities.

Preferred skills/expertise

A background in Design (UI / UX / CX) is desirable (but not required).

Prior Experience

3yrs Experience as a Product owner / Business Analyst for a software product
Experience with Design e.g. UI / UX / CX
Experience with UAT / basic QA
