The Company
iAgeHealth is an innovative solution developed by Clinicians in Aged Care, who recognised rural communities fail to have adequate access to multidisciplinary clinical care in a timely manner. Our platform has been designed to harness the latest technological advances and tools to improve access to such crucial health services for older Australians living in regional, rural and remote communities.
With diagnostic tools offering live data to clinicians, this role enables you to provide professional care advice from anywhere, at any time. Our Clinicians and Allied Health professionals work on rotating rosters to support a 24/7 service model. Due to the demand of iAgeHealth, our team is expanding, and we are welcoming new professionals to be a part of the solution elderly residents need in our rural communities.
About The Role

Essential
About You
Bachelor of Science or Masters (or equivalent) in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Member of Dietitian’s Australia (DA) with Provisional or Full APD (Accredited Practicing Dietitian) status
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in dietetic practice
Ability to apply the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) to undertake routine nutrition assessment, implementation and evaluation tasks
Diabetic Education Experience
Experience and knowledge in clinical dietetics relevant to an ageing target group
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with clients, families, residential aged care homes, support networks and healthcare teams
Cross cultural awareness and understanding of the needs of diverse communities
Experience in case management within a multidisciplinary team setting
Commitment to embrace, model and work within the core values of McLean Care Ltd
Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies
Desirable
Understanding of Aged Care and associated Legislation
Working knowledge of residential aged care environments
