Youtooz creates designer toys for the heroes and role models of the internet — Youtubers, Instagram influencers, celebrities, athletes, rappers, and more. Our mission is to bring the people you already love to watch and keep up with on the internet in real life, on your desk at work, your shelf in your bedroom or even in your living room for everyone to see. Youtooz are incredibly personal and unique to each creator and customer and comes with a variety of unique perks.

Each Youtooz we bring to life starts with a partner. You will be responsible for researching, outreach, onboarding and managing creator partners inside of our plush department. Your day to day will include finding new creators on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch and TikTok that meet our partnership criteria to recruit into our growing roster of collaborators.
Responsibilities
Research and source creators across social platforms to grow the top-of-funnel prospect list
Speak to creators who express interest in collaborating including explaining the Youtooz process, finalizing business terms and planning the launch of a product
Work closely with the art team to develop creative for newly onboarded creator partners
Manage the lifecycle of creator partners from ideation to product release including developing future follow up collaborations
Plan release scheduling with the marketing team
Requirements
1+ years as a partnership or sales manager within a creator focused organization
A love of collectibles, toys, pop culture and the internet (memes, influencers, etc)
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong communication skills
Process oriented with a strong attention to details, big and little
Strong organizational skills, especially within excel and google sheets
Ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects
Strong writing and analytical skills
Interest in being part of a fast growing consumer brand
Excellent, friendly communicator
Well versed in internet culture, content creators, and online personalities
