The financial analyst supports the preparation, understanding, and timely submission of all financial planning and reporting deliverables and activities. Assists in the creation of budgets and forecast to align with strategic goals. Performs analysis to understand underlying drivers of marketing and SGA expenses, deviations versus plans, and recommends corrective actions.
This is a remote position with quarterly travel.

Support the consolidation and preparation of financial data for the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and quarterly business reviews.
Analyze financial performance and craft actionable commentary to identify key drivers of variances and pinpoint opportunities and potential risks, and develop solutions to guide business leaders as required.
Serve as B2B Finance champion and subject matter expert for various key FP&A systems such as Power BI, Oracle Cloud EPM (PBCS), and Salesforce.
Prepare graphs/charts and other presentation materials for Senior Leadership team meetings Support the annual strategy planning process with financial modeling and strategic recommendations to develop the sector’s five-year revenue and EBIT commitment to the company.
Lead financial analysis for all growth and savings initiatives through the development of detailed project financials. Manage, influence and optimize the design to deliver financial objectives and generate superior business results.
Support Sales team with data, analysis, reports, research, and other ad hoc requests.
Drive simplification and process improvement through key financial and business systems such as BI, SAP, PBCS, and CFM.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, profit forecasting, or management accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting required. CPA, CFA, MBA preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use advanced functions and formulas to analyze data, create financial models, and generate insightful reports.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including US and Local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Excellent analytical skills with technical proficiency in financial theory/application.
Ability to analyze financial reports and prepare statements and projections.
Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion and Trade funds management systems is desirable.
Self-motivated individual with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
Deadline oriented with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written & verbal communication skills.
Power BI experience is a plus
