The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve financial reporting processes.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain advanced financial reporting tools and dashboards.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure reporting tools meet business needs.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in all reports and tools.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with a focus on reporting tools development.
Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAP BI, Infor Office Plus, Celonis Process and Data mining).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
