Overview

We are looking for a Social Media and Content Creation VA to help enhance our online presence and streamline content creation. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about social media marketing. This role involves designing and posting engaging content, managing basic video editing tasks, and assisting with email communication.

Key Responsibilities

Content Design and Creation

Use Canva templates to design eye-catching and brand-consistent social media posts.
Perform basic video editing, including adding captions and screen changes for spoken-to-camera reels.

Social Media Management

Post content on Instagram, including feed posts, stories, and reels.
Engage with the community by responding to direct messages and welcoming new followers.

Email Writing and Content Production

Create engaging email content based on provided topic prompts.
Support content production to align with marketing goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree relevant to the role
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.
Proficiency with Canva for graphic design.
Basic video editing skills (e.g., adding captions, transitions).
Strong understanding of Instagram features, including posting, stories, reels, and engagement strategies.
Excellent written communication skills for email and social media content.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
