About The Role

  • Schedule: Mon, Tue & Thurs, Brisbane Hours (20hrs/week)
  • Salary: 1000 AUD, paid bimonthly

About Us

We are a forward-thinking organization seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Documentation and Data Support Specialist to support our engineering and administrative processes. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, organizational skills, and creativity to manage documentation, quality control, data input, and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation and Quality Procedures
  • Overhaul and maintain SharePoint systems, ensuring accessibility and organization.
  • Format, vet, and upload engineering reports and documents.
  • Develop and update quality procedures in collaboration with the team.
  • Set up new forms and templates to streamline documentation processes.
  • Data Management and Cost Control
  • Perform basic data entry and analysis in Excel, especially for financial tracking and cost control.
  • Social Media Support
  • Assist in managing and updating social media content.
  • Create and schedule posts aligned with organizational goals and branding.
  • Administrative Support
  • Review and format documents to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Work with tools such as Jira, Excel, Word, and Outlook to support team operations.

Qualifications And Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with SharePoint, with experience in overhauling and organizing content.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic financial data entry and cost control knowledge.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent grammatical and formatting skills.
  • Background in an engineering environment or similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to vet and refine technical reports effectively.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Creative Skills

  • Experience in social media management is a plus.
  • Ability to create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
