Amida Technology Solutions is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist who will be essential in developing high-quality technical marketing materials and project overview decks that highlight Amida's capabilities and successes. This role requires an exceptional focus on attention to detail, ensuring that every piece of content is crafted with precision and accuracy. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating content based on input from subject matter experts (SMEs), requiring a careful and thorough approach to distill complex information into clear, engaging, and error-free messaging.

In addition to strong storytelling and writing skills, this position demands an ability to meticulously review and refine every detail of content, ensuring that all materials are consistent with Amida's brand, messaging, and standards of excellence. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to ensuring clear communication of Amida's offerings, but the ability to maintain a keen eye for accuracy and coherence in all materials is essential. The Marketing Content Specialist will also support the maintenance of Amida's knowledge management platform, where attention to detail in organizing and updating content is crucial. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Content Management. If you want to help public agencies, non-profits, and companies get their data right, we look forward to hearing from you.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and upkeep of technical marketing materials and project decks, such as white papers, case studies, one-pagers, and capabilities decks, with a meticulous eye for detail to ensure they clearly and accurately communicate complex solutions to target audiences
  • Create compelling project overview decks that effectively showcase Amida's offerings, value proposition, and achievements, ensuring precision and clarity for clients and stakeholders
  • Translate complex information from raw drafts or detailed notes into concise, impactful descriptions, carefully reviewing content to ensure that it resonates with audiences and accurately differentiates Amida in the market
  • Present information in a structured, organized, and reader-friendly way, with careful attention to detail to ensure clarity, coherence, and ease of understanding
  • Adhere strictly to Amida's brand and style guidelines, ensuring consistency across all written materials while making necessary edits to guarantee perfect alignment with brand standards
  • Maintain a well-organized system for tracking content creation, updates, and material status, diligently managing detailed content requests, responsibilities, process steps, and deadlines to ensure no aspect is overlooked
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand Amida's services, technologies, and past performance, ensuring all content is accurate and aligned with the company's messaging. Lead discussions with stakeholders to refine and simplify content, filling any gaps to meet Amida's high standards of detail and quality
  • Present final work to senior leadership, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals, paying careful attention to how every detail supports the broader vision
  • Provide technical content and descriptions to Amida's Business Development team and partners, ensuring all information is precise and detailed to support effective positioning, sales, and solution deployment
  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive content library by using Amida's knowledge management platform to organize assets meticulously, facilitating easy access and knowledge sharing across the organization
  • Provide additional marketing support as needed, contributing to broader marketing efforts and supporting the company's presence at conferences and events, with a careful focus on quality and consistency
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of content creation, including reviewing, editing, and proofreading materials to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Amida's messaging and brand standards

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a deadline-driven business environment with a focus on written deliverables

Required Skills

  • Strong critical thinking, persuasive writing, and content organization skills, particularly in technical subject matter
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adept at multitasking and project management
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable text and diagrams
  • Willingness to adhere to established processes before suggesting changes
  • Thrives under pressure, takes ownership of tasks, and excels in organizing and managing projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with masterful email etiquette and clarity in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; experience with Google Drive and SharePoint is required

Preferred

  • Experience with project management tools like Jira and knowledge management platforms
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Background in industries like healthcare, technology, or data analytics is a plus
