Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to:
Excel in post-production support and enhancement services for Workday Payroll systems
Optimize existing Workday Payroll configurations to meet evolving client needs
Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues in live environments
Implement system upgrades and new features to keep client systems current
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity after changes
Create custom reports and dashboards to enhance payroll data visibility
Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide expert guidance on payroll best practices and process improvements
Lead training sessions for clients on new features and system updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll with other Workday modules
Stay current with Workday releases and assess their impact on client systems
Develop and maintain documentation for payroll processes and configurations
We're looking for someone with:
2+ years of recent Workday Payroll post-production support experience
Deep understanding of Workday Payroll configuration and troubleshooting techniques
Current Workday Payroll certification and previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner
Expertise in payroll compliance and tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Experience in optimizing payroll processes and implementing best practices
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of payroll issues and develop effective solutions
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to explain complex payroll concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential payroll challenges
Adaptability to work with diverse client environments and unique payroll requirements
Willingness to be certified in additional Workday areas (e.g., HCM, Time Tracking, Absence) to provide comprehensive support
A blend of confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor to thrive in our dynamic environment
Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.
This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.
