Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager/Manager, Ecommerce Marketing who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to lead, build, and optimize marketing strategies from the ground up. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving growth through innovative programs and processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Ecommerce and offers the opportunity to drive transformational growth for the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention while fetching impressive revenue growth.
Spot growth opportunities like a marketing bloodhound and design new programs to capture market share
Focus on driving penetration within our existing client base through personalized marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
Team up with ecommerce platform partners and our fur-midable internal marketing team to create targeted strategies across email, SMS, push, and beyond.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive plan around assortment expansion in key categories to support business growth and meet evolving customer needs.
Develop a plan to authentically integrate content and commerce throughout the customer experience, ensuring seamless storytelling and shopping interactions.
Enhance content within the ecommerce site to drive engagement, education, and conversion.
Evaluate the performance of various marketing initiatives, pulling insights to drive optimization of efforts moving forward.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our field team, clinics, product, external partners and others to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Leverage data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and continuously improve marketing performance.
Build and scale processes to support marketing operations, ensuring efficiency and agility as the business grows.
Manage budgets like a pro, ensuring every dollar spent delivers a pawsitive ROI.
What You’ll Bring To The Party
7+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, with at least 3 years leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environments.
Passion for pet health and wellness
Combo of left-brain/right-brain thinking—you're a data geek at heart who also has a creative streak that makes campaigns pop!
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus
Proven track record of crafting data-driven strategies that deliver jaw-dropping results.
Leadership chops: you can inspire, influence, and collaborate across teams.
Comfortable operating in environments with high ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Wizard-level skills in creating and implementing new processes and tools.
A+ communication and leadership skills to rally the pack and drive projects forward.
Compensation
This role offers a base salary range between $100,000-$140,000 plus benefits and bonus opportunity.
