If so, NVA General Practice – an industry leader in veterinary medicine – is looking for a highly creative and organized Senior Brand Manager to create breakthrough campaigns that delight pet parents and deliver results.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of leading and executing brand communication strategies, including integrated media planning, creative development, client engagement promotions, and branded experiences. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communications, you’ll play an integral role in shaping the future of our brand while bringing fresh, relevant ideas to drive awareness and differentiate our hospitals in their local markets and the wider industry
What You’ll Do
- Develop strategic brand introduction campaigns from idea to execution across paid, owned, and earned media and channels by audience and by market
- Partner with internal and external creative teams and media agencies to produce inspiring communications and content that strengthen brand equity and achieve business results
- Execute brand communication plans that include local media, industry partnerships, community events, digital and social ad campaigns, and other emerging channels
- Steward our brand strategy and visual identity, ensuring it’s authentic and consistent at every touch point, internally and externally
- Collaborate closely with growth marketing, technology, communications, talent attraction, hospital operations, and real estate teams to ensure alignment of brand voice, positioning and strategic vision
- Provide leadership and creative guidance for our two graphic designers and ensure timely delivery of content and assets while managing capacity and pipeline
- Develop and own our brand’s cause marketing efforts, including non-profit partnerships charitable sponsorships, and crises response efforts
- Ensure brand activations are resonant, culturally relevant, and grounded in client research and insights
- Measure campaign effectiveness and brand lift/recall, including supplying metric reports, building surveys, tracking goal progress, and incorporating feedback to improve continually
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing, in-house or within a creative agency
- Proven experience: A strong portfolio of work managing brand communications and media plans
- Fluency in brand fundamentals: Well-versed in brand architecture, identity, messaging, and competitive positioning
- Creative mindset: Deliver original ideas and creative messages that drive our strategy forward
- Results-oriented: Highly organized, meets deadlines, can manage through ambiguity, and drives projects from conception to completion
- Data-driven: Lead with consumer insights, market research, and analytics to inform campaigns
- Excellent communicator: Solid written and verbal skills with the ability to present ideas, plans, and status updates
- Strong design sensibility: A keen eye for visual communication and copy; you know what positively reflects our brand and what messages will inspire action
- Proficient in creative design tools, specifically Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent

The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 plus bonus and is eligible for benefits.
