Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Our high-performing consultants are natural leaders who manage a wide range of responsibilities that vary from assignment to assignment. Our consultant training programs, investment in career development, and premier client portfolio ensure constant challenge and rapid growth for our employees. Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.
Responsibilities
Project Tracking and Documentation: Assist in project tracking, documentation, project artifacts management, including develop/update project plans, timelines, and budget
Project Communication: Along with tracking project progress, provide regular status updates to program leadership and other stakeholders as needed
Meeting Prep: Help support prep for customer meetings including calendaring, agenda preparation, and pre-meeting communication
Meeting Facilitation: Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed, including act as scribe to ensure conversations and key takeaways are captured
General Coordination: Track ongoing open action items for projects/customers, including track down information, communicate expectations, and help support “air traffic control” activities
Enabling Program Leader: Act as right-hand to program leadership, shadow daily activities, take on administrative tasks, and provide support to free up her time for more strategic efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
1+ year of experience in project management, program coordination, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and air-traffic-control-mindset, can keep track of many details in flight at once
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly through relationship-building, especially in a virtual environment
Client-first mindset and selfless/empathetic approach, focused on getting to the bottom of issues and overcoming challenges for the good of the team
High emotional intelligence and ability to “read the room”, can navigate raising issues in a nonconfrontational way
Naturally curious, with a bias towards taking action, seeking opportunities to help others and solve problems
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and adaptable to change
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to pick up new technologies and industry-specific concepts quickly
High degree of curiosity, humility, and positive attitude with goal of enabling program leadership, teams, and customers to work more effectively
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Turnberry Solutions offers benefits such as, a comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), disability and group term life insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, utilization bonus, 401k, flexible time off for salaried employees, and flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
