The Sr Financial Analyst will provide support to the VP Finance and the Labor Relations department with specific project analysis on compensation and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage systems to monitor, analyze, and report key operating statistics
The Senior Financial Analyst will assist departmental personnel with budget and forecast activity and ad hoc analysis
Develop financial projection modeling to assess dollar value of collective bargaining agreements.
Assist in the preparation of financial projections for current and new collective bargaining agreements.
Continuous improvement of data collection, analytical processes and procedures, including detailed payroll analysis
Assist all levels of the organization with financial measures of operations and financial processes.
The Senior Financial Analyst will attend contract negotiations when necessary and provide on-going financial cost assessments.
Estimated 10% travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications
Education & Industry Experience
Bachelor of Science in Finance or Accounting is required.
Master of Business Administration or CPA (preferred)
Five years of professional experience in both accounting and financial analysis is required.
Labor relations and/or compensation analysis experience preferred but not required.
