Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team responsible for customer security in a broad sense. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects related to authentication, authorization, and security best practices while contributing to a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain secure .NET applications in line with best security practices.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring robust protection of customer data.
Work with OWASP TOP10 principles to mitigate security risks.
Design, develop, and maintain Identity Server solutions and related security components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure software design and implementation.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development standards.
Implement automated testing to enhance software reliability and security.
Participate in requirement analysis and system design, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
Strong expertise in C# and .NET framework.
Experience in developing secure applications, implementing authentication & authorization mechanisms.
Knowledge of security best practices, OWASP TOP10, and industry security standards.
Proficiency in WCF, SQL, SQL Server Integration Services, MVC.NET, ASP.NET, and HTML.
Hands-on experience with MSSQL, Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, MsBuild, TeamCity, and PowerShell.
Familiarity with unit testing, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of user requirements analysis and system design methodologies.
Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Industry certifications such as:
MCTS: .NET Framework 4.0
ASP.NET Applications
Experience in competency-based programming assessments.

Work Arrangement:

Remote-first role with occasional office visits in Łódź (1-2 times every two weeks).
