Working As a Product Owner, You Will

Lead product development efforts to maximize value using the Scrum framework
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring its alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Guarantee the product meets functionality, quality, and technical standards
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to identify and refine product requirements, addressing both strategic goals and technical considerations, such as system architecture, APIs, and infrastructure
Propose solutions leveraging best practices or innovative approaches, working closely with business stakeholders, IT architects, and Tech Leads
Develop and maintain a clear product development roadmap
Oversee the development team, manage budgets, and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders
Monitor and track product progress throughout the development lifecycle
Act as the primary representative of the team in interactions with stakeholders, clients, and users
Inspire and propagate the product vision within the development team

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, focusing on both business and technical aspects of IT products
Solid understanding of core IT concepts such as REST APIs, databases, cloud services, and event-driven communication, alongside familiarity with software development processes and systems architecture (e.g., microservices, monoliths)
A strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or technical project management, combined with expertise in complex technical systems
Knowledge of application release management processes
Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Scrum methodologies
Practical expertise with backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Proficiency in Polish and English (min.C1)
Strong interpersonal and soft skills to foster effective collaboration in a multicultural, international environment
Openness to occasional business travel
