Working As a Scrum Master, You Will

Collaborate with internal teams to organize and define sprints, set sprint goals, allocate time, and manage the schedule for meetings
Provide accurate and timely reporting on sprint activities, including capacity estimation, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
Document action items, prepare meeting minutes, and share updates to keep all stakeholders informed
Monitor sprint progress, analyze remaining work, and provide updates to the team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and addressing priority changes when needed
Assist the Product Owner and development teams in defining sprint goals and prioritizing their backlog to align with the release plan
Contribute to internal initiatives that create new value propositions for clients
Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support for their development
Foster a lean-Agile mindset across the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience applying Agile principles and the Scrum framework
Previous experience as a Scrum Master
At least 2 years of experience working within an Agile development process in any role
Proficient in using application lifecycle management systems such as Jira
Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Strong knowledge of Agile practices, frameworks, and techniques
Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for learning
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within set timelines
Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Polish and English (min.C1)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise management presentations.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders, as well as technology and operations partners
