Job Description:

Our Customer is a leading data-driven marketing tech company headquartered in New York, operating on four continents with 1,300+ employees. Our client offers CRM, customer acquisition, strategic managed services, and private data cloud solutions. Our customer powers ‘end to end’ marketing programs for some of the world’s leading brands.

You will lead and manage our Software Quality Assurance function and help maintain and improve the quality of software products, development practices and client implementations.You will be responsible to ensure our products are performing and scalable. This means, you will create well structured test plans and test cases and lead the testing activities for your team.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop processes, tools, and technology to enable a fully automated test environment
  • Review software requirements and develop test plans and test scripts for various testing phases
  • Interface with our Product team to provide engineering insight into product roadmaps
  • Work closely with the development team and other QA resources to manage the quality of the deliverables

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional development with quality assurance test tools and testing frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, etc.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Managerial role
  • Extensive experience in managing test automation design and development processes
  • Solid experience writing tests from software requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple test executions while delivering results on time
  • Familiarity with Jira and Jira plugins for Test Management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
