We are looking for a QA Team Lead to join our team.

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent quality across all projects.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on QA activities, including test results, defect metrics, and quality trends, to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies, implementing improvements to QA processes and tools.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Would be a plus:  

  • Experience in the gaming or online casino industry.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent.
