We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for our Financial Services vertical with solid experience in Product Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing teams in generalist positions, such as Senior Marketing Analyst, primarily working on the creation and development of marketing plans focused on portfolio expansion and increasing product penetration among major financial sector companies, such as large banks, digital banks, fintechs, credit companies, and financial institutions in general.


This professional will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Financial Services vertical, coordinating initiatives aimed at expanding market reach and revenue, as well as driving adoption and retention of Pipefy’s product within this segment.

Responsibilities:


Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Management & Leadership:

  • Oversee the implementation of GTM strategies (5W2H framework) for each vertical, ensuring strategies are documented, continuously reviewed, and based on real results, reflecting best practices for customer engagement.

Product Adoption & Retention:

  • Design and manage vertical adoption strategies, mapping the customer journey, identifying opportunities and gaps, and implementing actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Facilitate communication between Revenue, Marketing, Customer Enablement, Support, Product, and GTM teams, ensuring alignment across the discovery, beta, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Manage a vertical performance dashboard to identify opportunities, challenges, and adoption barriers, iterating continuously with key stakeholders to optimize results.

Customer Relationship & Prospect Management:

  • Maintain and manage relationships with customers and prospects, providing formal feedback to the Product and GTM teams to refine strategies.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in Product Marketing, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
  • Deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges of financial sector companies.
  • Background in marketing strategy and execution for Financial Services GTM.
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Strong skills in creating and developing sales materials and marketing assets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving oriented, and focused on continuous improvement.
