Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior GTM Analyst - Commercial Intelligence to play a key role in researching and analyzing the competitive market and improving our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. This position involves conducting in-depth research, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and generating strategic insights to support sales, marketing, and product teams. Curiosity is essential for this role, as you will need to dive deep into data, markets, and customer behaviors. Creativity is a plus, helping transform insights into innovative strategies. If you have design skills, they will be a great asset to enhance the visual communication of generated insights.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on the competitive landscape and market trends;
  • Perform qualitative interviews with customers, industry experts, consultants, and internal stakeholders;
  • Analyze large datasets to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify new market opportunities;
  • Support the sales and GTM teams in optimizing sales pitches and strategic materials;
  • Identify opportunities to improve our product offering based on market intelligence;
  • Create detailed reports and executive presentations for internal stakeholders, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and impactful;
  • Monitor competitor performance and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations;
  • Translate data and trends into practical strategic recommendations for internal teams.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in commercial intelligence, competitive intelligence, and/or market intelligence;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from multiple data sources;
  • Curiosity is essential – a natural drive to ask questions, investigate, and challenge assumptions;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions;
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research;
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio);
  • Experience supporting sales and product teams, helping improve sales pitches and strategic offerings;
  • Creativity is a plus, helping to transform insights into innovative strategies;
  • Design skills are also a plus, useful for enhancing reports, presentations, and the visual communication of data.
