Job Description:
We are seeking a PMM (Product Marketing Manager) - Vertical Specialist for our [Insurance] vertical, with solid experience in Product Marketing (minimum of 5 years), and previous experience in marketing teams in generalist positions, such as senior marketing analyst, primarily focusing on creating and conceptualizing marketing plans aimed at expanding the portfolio and increasing product penetration in relevant insurance companies.
This professional will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy for their vertical [Insurance], with the goal of coordinating territory and revenue expansion actions, as well as adoption and retention actions for the Pipefy product within their respective vertical [Insurance].

Main Responsibilities:
- Management and Leadership of Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Oversee the application of GTM strategies (5W2H) for each vertical, documenting and continuously reviewing the strategy to ensure it is based on real results and reflects best practices for customer engagement.
- Product Adoption and Retention:
Design and manage vertical adoption strategies by mapping the customer journey, identifying opportunities and losses, and implementing actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate communication between Revenue, Marketing, Customer Enablement, Support, Product, and GTM teams, ensuring all parties are aligned during the Discovery, Beta, Pre-launch, Launch, and Post-launch phases.
- Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
Manage a performance dashboard for the vertical to identify win/loss opportunities and adoption barriers, iterating continuously with key stakeholders to optimize results.
- Customer and Prospect Relationship Management:
Maintain and manage relationships with at least xxx customers and xxx prospects aiming for improvements in the GTM strategy, providing formal feedback to product and GTM areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5 years or more in Product Marketing, preferably in the [Insurance] area.
- Background in marketing, with skills in strategic planning and execution of GTM for [Insurance] products.
- Prior knowledge of the dynamics and challenges of companies in the Insurance sector.
- Familiarity with market analysis tools and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Ability to create and develop sales materials and marketing assets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset, focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience in the SaaS or tech industry, particularly in a B2B context, is a plus.
- Technical English proficiency (for reading documentation and communicating with international teams) is a plus.
