Job Description:

Pipefy is looking for a pre-sales representative to support our U.S. team. This is an incredible opportunity to prospect to the U.S. market from both an inbound and outbound capacity. Every day, you will be responsible for converting inbound inquiries, while also partnering 1:1 with one of our hyper-talented U.S. AEs to outbound to ideal prospects and customers. You will be responsible for helping develop world-class cadences, understand our prospects’ needs through discovery, present light demos, and qualify leads for AE conversations. This role will officially report to the U.S. marketing team, and work strategically alongside the rest of the U.S. Go-To-Market team to share best practices, develop campaign experiments, and - crucially - create revenue. Our U.S. team works as one, which requires us to have clear and effective feedback on what works & what doesn’t. This role will be an important part of those conversations, helping us continue to improve our marketing messaging to best attract our ideal prospects. We are looking for candidates who have advanced English proficiency, and who can creatively problem solve to constantly find paths to pipeline and revenue. Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect leads and customers through calling, email, LinkedIn, etc. Must be comfortable with both cold outreach and warm inbounds. ABM experience, a plus;
  • Run purposeful initial meetings with prospects, ensuring to provide upfront value to them while seamlessly running discovery to deepen our understanding of their needs;
  • Consult prospects based on your advanced knowledge of Pipefy’s platform and use cases, and present light demos of Pipefy in real time;
  • Support with Pipefy events, ensuring effective pre-event communication and post-event conversations;
  • Manage pre-sales pipeline and its different stages;
  • Track and measure progress with Salesforce reports, and share insights with the rest of the team;
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to the rest of the U.S. team, so that we can continue to improve our messaging, processes, and results;
  • Proactively problem solve, working with stakeholders and within the tech stack;
  • Be creative. We are looking for candidates who are going to go above the status quo and really push us forward as a team.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills with fluency in English;
  • Experience working as a pre-sales representative for a B2B SaaS company;
  • Comfortability testing new ideas;
  • Strong writing skills, especially as it relates to messaging towards prospects;
  • Customer-focus. This role will frequently be the first interaction our prospects have with Pipefy; you must be excellent at providing value in those conversations and truly understanding the requirements of the prospect;
  • Experience tracking and measuring performance, such as SAL to SQL conversion rates, pipeline attainment, and revenue contribution. Understand how to set yourself up for success;
  • Experience with maintaining Salesforce data. Hubspot experience is a plus.
