Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Senior Recruiter with 3 to 4 years of experience to drive the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent across various functions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires someone who can partner effectively with hiring managers, provide strategic insights, and identify creative solutions to attract the best candidates.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

Essential Functions
Handle full-cycle recruitment with the following responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
Ensure timely and effective delivery of qualified candidates for all open positions
Handle sourcing and candidate engagement with the following responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers and perform the following:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and key competencies for success.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights
Perform the following tasks in managing candidate experience:
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Communicate effectively with candidates at every stage, providing timely feedback and updates
Handle employer branding with the following responsibilities:
Represent the company as a brand ambassador by promoting its values and culture to potential candidates
Collaborate with marketing and HR to enhance employer branding efforts
Manage metrics and reporting with the following responsibilities:
Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
Use data to recommend process improvements and refine strategies
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
3 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for various roles across multiple functions
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques
Knowledge of recruitment trends, including diversity and inclusion initiatives
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
