Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Salary: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, U.S. TImezone

Job Description:

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and paid marketing strategies, with a focus on driving business growth, increasing brand visibility, and delivering measurable results. This role involves managing campaigns across search, social, email, and other paid media channels, with a strong emphasis on optimization and performance analysis. Experience in property management, consumer brands, or related industries is a plus.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing strategies, preferably for property management companies or consumer brands.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies, including Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, Walmart, Citrus Ads, Instacart, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search ranking algorithms, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Buffer).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.


Preferred requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving SEO results and managing paid campaigns across various platforms.
  • Experience in the property management or consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with building codes, international standards, or market-specific nuances.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable practices and modern marketing strategies.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).


Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Ads -

  • Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including ad creation, audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive website traffic and improve ranking on the first page of Google.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Paid Media Advertising -

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Citrus Ads, Instacart, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, and others.
  • Set up and manage ad campaigns, including configuring ad groups, targeting audiences, managing keywords, adjusting bids, and allocating budgets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer behavior.
  • Collaborate on creative content (text, images, video) for ad optimization and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, tools, and algorithms to enhance campaign performance.

Email Marketing and Automation -

  • Manage and build email lists, campaigns, and flows, including designing templates, creating call-to-actions, and curating content for targeted audiences.
  • Optimize email marketing strategies for improved open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Reporting and Analysis -

  • Create detailed reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and advertising ROI.
  • Analyze data to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Report weekly to the Director of E-Commerce and other stakeholders with updates, recommendations, and strategic insights.


Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
