The Digital Advertising Copywriter will be an integral member of the dynamic
and collaborative Marketing team, reporting directly to the Content Strategy
Manager. This exciting role is focused on crafting engaging, impactful, and high
performing content designed to drive the success of digital advertising and
performance marketing campaigns.
The Digital Advertising Copywriter will work closely with the Digital
Marketing Manager to develop compelling copy for landing pages, ad
headlines, video captions, and other assets used in campaigns across platforms
like Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
In addition to its core focus on digital ad content, this role will also contribute
to lead generation efforts by creating nurturing email sequences to effectively
engage potential customers and maintain meaningful conversations following
their interactions with campaign assets. Whether it’s developing email copy,
optimizing content for lead nurturing, or assisting with long-form SEO-focused
content, the Digital Advertising Copywriter ensures that all content supports
the organization’s objectives and resonates with its target audience.

Job Description
Craft compelling copy for digital ad campaigns, including landing pages, ad
headlines, captions, CTAs, and other assets.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align content with
campaign goals and KPIs.
Optimize content for performance, leveraging data insights to refine
messaging and maximize engagement.
Partner with design teams to ensure cohesive integration of visuals and copy
across digital platforms.
Lead Nurturing and Email Marketing
Write engaging and conversion-focused email sequences for lead generation
and nurturing campaigns.
Develop email copy that maintains consistent conversations with potential
customers after they interact with campaign assets, such as downloading
resources or registering for events.
Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure email content aligns
with the overall strategy and campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to refine and improve
email content effectiveness.
SEO and Long-Form Content Support
Write and edit website copy, blogs, and other long-form content to enhance
SEO rankings and drive organic traffic.
Assist with the development of flyers, brochures, and other content as part of
the broader marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the Content Strategy Manager to manage content priorities
and ensure capacity alignment
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Research
Conduct competitive research to inform innovative and differentiated
content strategies.
Stay updated on trends in digital advertising, email marketing, and content
marketing to continuously enhance outputs.
Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to
ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
At least 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or
content production roles.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience creating content for digital
advertising and performance marketing.
Expertise in writing high-performing ad copy for platforms like Meta, Google
Ads, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in developing email sequences for lead nurturing and
engagement.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to create optimized
long-form content.
Ability to adapt tone and messaging to suit various platforms, audience
segments, and campaign objectives.
B2B experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates with
exposure to international markets.
Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous but not required.
Strong research skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and
impact.
Familiarity with analytics and performance tools to refine content strategies
based on data insights.
Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across teams
and functions.
