Sales Director - Anywhere in the UK - Up to £140,000 plus car allowance and commission
The successful candidate will utilize their proven track record in sales to identify, qualify, establish, and maintain profitable business relationships. The role involves selling logistics solutions, such as 3PL, LLP, and general freight services, to large-sized companies across varied sectors.

Lead new business outreach and consistently meet or exceed goals.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and products.
Drive new revenue and increase market share in a defined territory and industry.
Manage the full sales cycle, optimizing sales strategies for success.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with new and key customers.
Achieve individual and organizational KPIs and goals.
Collaborate with operations teams to optimize global operations, identify, and develop services and solutions.Requirements:
Solid background in Freight Forwarding at a senior sales level, with the proven ability to secure and build relationships
Must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK (No sponsorship is offered)
Fluency In English (additional Language Skills Are a Plus).
An extensive customer network within the local market.
Proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Experience Implementing Company-wide Sales Strategies And Defining Sales Processes.
Strong ability to analyze and address sales challenges, recommending and executing solutions.
Success in acquiring and retaining high-value customers.
Ability to maintain an accurate pipeline and monthly market forecast.
Independent, creative, and self-disciplined, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Targeting leading companies in industries such as chemicals, life sciences, healthcare, retail, and automotive.
