About the Role:
The Renewal Specialist Account Executive is responsible for maintaining client relationships, driving new opportunities and selling Cyncly solutions into our Window Doors & Glass APAC client base within their assigned portfolio. This includes managing renewals, indexation and customer acquisition process from start to finish.
Their role is to ultimately help us meet our customer retention and acquisition revenue growth targets within their assigned territory.
Key Position Responsibilities Include:
- Reactive outreach to fabricators who have expressed pricing complaints or a desire / request to downsize licenses or terminate altogether. Working with the customer to understand and address their concerns as well as identify new ways we can add value and retain. Retention offers available for if needed that they can offer to the customer.
- Proactive calls to customers prior to receiving price increase notifications. Informing them of why and what value we will delivery. Offering a new fixed 3 year contract offer in place of the standard price increases.
- Coordinating and running regular schedule engagement (monthly min) with key accounts. Including representatives from key business stakeholders in the calls i.e. sales, customer experience, product, etc. - as needed. This helps greatly in taking the day to day 'noise' off sales.
- Help to identify new sales opportunities within the customer's business - then bringing in Sales to drive the sales process /close.
- Promoting benefits to customers and working with sales to model out a new 3-year license contract, which includes recontacting to subscription vs perpetual.
- Proactive calls to larger fabricator customers to negotiate a new 3-year subscription contract as part of the move program.
- Meet monthly / quarterly targets by driving new opportunities and successfully selling Cyncly's solutions into accounts within Window, Doors and Glass portfolio.
- Maximize and close inbound/outbound leads, reignite lost leads, and close deals
- Run and manage a full-cycle sales process including building awareness, generating leads, demoing the product, ensuring follow-ups.
- Develop pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge / networking.
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
- Daily CRM update with accurate customer and pipeline data.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years in high-velocity SMB sales (SaaS preferred), ideally 1-3 years of prospecting experience, within SaaS.
- Customer retention experience.
- Experience cross selling products into client base.
- Pricing negotiation experience.
- A strong track record for managing the full sales process from prospecting leads to closing sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
- A strong desire to hunt for new business and close deals.
- Create, execute and manage high activity prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline within assigned territory.
- A demonstrated passion for personal growth, team player mentality, and equal willingness to teach and learn.
