Are you a licensed therapist passionate about helping workers navigate their mental health recovery? Telecare Anywhere is looking for compassionate and skilled mental health professionals to join our remote team and provide therapy services to patients in Oklahoma. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact in the workers' compensation space.

Position Overview

As a therapist with Telecare Anywhere, you’ll provide remote mental health care to injured workers. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy tailored to the needs of each patient.

What You’ll Need

We’re seeking qualified candidates who meet the following criteria:

Licensure: Active, unrestricted license in Oklahoma as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD/PhD (you do not need to reside in Oklahoma).
Experience:

Clinical experience in mental health therapy (workers' compensation experience is a strong plus).
Expertise in treating PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, or other common occupational injuries.

Skills:

Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMRs).
Strong organizational and communication skills for working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Oklahoma workers' compensation guidelines (MTUS knowledge is a plus).
Experience with evidence-based treatments such as CBT, EMDR, or mindfulness-based approaches.
Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required.
