Role Introduction

The creative director responsible for delivering high-quality campaigns and assets for our clients. This position requires a visionary leader who can inspire creativity while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Creative Development
  • Oversee the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring that all visual campaigns are compelling, innovative, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Set the creative direction for projects, guiding the team in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
  • Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that creative initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and timelines..
  • Mentorship and Team Management:
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and creatives, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the organization.
  • Establish a constructive feedback loop, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and creative experimentation.
  • Brand Development
  • Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Lead efforts in brand positioning and development, creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strategic Planning
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and campaign performance to inform creative strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term creative strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that all creative outputs meet high standards of quality and align with brand standards before delivery to -clients.
  • Budget Management
  • Manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve project goals while maintaining financial oversight.
  • Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
  • Innovation and Trends
  • Manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve project goals while maintaining financial oversight.
  • Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with a significant portion in management roles within high-quality marketing agencies.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in an agency or in-house team.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Contract or Part-time / Full time

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
