Job description

At Huxley, we are looking for an Integration Governance Lead to be part of a team which is designing and delivering Digital Tech Services in the following areas:

Enterprise architecture
Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering Platforms
Operations
Integration Platform
Delivery Centres or Centre of Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

Governance and Compliance: Establish and monitor adherence to governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements through regular checks and assessments.
Software Release and Deployment: Plan, coordinate, and document software releases and deployment activities, ensuring smooth execution with all relevant stakeholders.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of integration solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with project and operational teams, sharing updates, best practices, and process improvements.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into service performance and governance.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

8+ years of experience in integration technologies and business project support.
Proven experience in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) roles, with deep knowledge of governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
Solid experience in release management roles, with a comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices in release management.
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, architecture, and compliance, along with familiarity with new digital technologies and associated cyber practices for Cloud, Infra-by-code, IaaS/SaaS/PaaS services, OT/IoT, factory 4.0, DevSecOps, etc.
Fluent in English.
