Technical Lead

A Insurance Technology company is going through a firm wide tech transformation and looking to bring on a Lead Software Engineer to help drive their road map forward along with building out new systems from scratch. The company builds everything internally (no use of vendors) and with all of the new initiatives this year they are looking for seasoned engineers in the Microsoft Stack who can help lead a team of engineers and design and execute on the road map.

Requirements:
-10+ years of Software Engineering experience
-3+ years of experience leading or managing a team of technologists
-Modern .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core experience
-Experience working in an Azure cloud environment
-Front end experience with JavaScript, Angular & Typescript
-Computer Science degree

This is a remote position with quarterly travel to meet as an engineering team.
