Overview of Job Function:
Verint is currently seeking a Marketing Analyst intern is responsible for assisting the marketing operations team with a wide range of tasks. Mostly focusing on assisting the team with the operational elements around marketing analysis. The intern will assist with data collection across the different platforms, joining data sources and data clean-up. Our goal is to provide the intern with exposure to potential career opportunities within Verint while leading projects that are critical to a function or business unit. Our interns are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table and are quickly entrusted with foundational responsibilities.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Assist with the analysis of lead and contact reports from our CRM and marketing automation platform.
Assist with the analysis of system usage across marketing applications.
Data reconciliation to better align with system standards.
Support process documentation.
Researching and surfacing marketing best practice behaviors.
Manage and submit weekly highlights for Marketing Operations team.
Manage your own workload and ensure timely delivery of your deliverables; escalate risks and issues immediately.
Minimum Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in a quantitative major: Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Math, etc.
Passion towards data driven insights.
Detail oriented, can-do attitude and an analytical person.
Strong research skills.
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
MIN: $25/HR
MAX: $30/HR
