Senior Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Development of software customizations and automations
• Management, administration, and configuration of the solution
• Direct contact within a team and with customers
• Guidance and user’s support
• Writing of manuals and procedures
  
  

Education / Qualifications

Education

• Software developer, System Analyst, Technical Computing or similar in IT industry
  
  

Technical Knowledge

• Database: PostgreSQL/MSSQL/Oracle
• Programing languages: Python, Java
• Others: Git, SOAP/REST, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, Agile, j5 (is a plus)
  
  

Experience (+3 years) in:

• Software development
• Automation of processes and routines
• Project implementation, analysis, and preparation of documentation
  
  

Skills

• Ability to learn fast and work with different system and tools
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Motivated to challenges and to learn
• Self-Awareness, proactivity, and teamwork
  
  

Languages

• Spanish – native or advanced
• English – intermediate (advanced is a plus)
• Portuguese is a plus
