ALTOUR is a leading global corporate travel company, providing exceptional service and innovative travel solutions to corporate clients worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth within the EMEA region.


Job Overview:

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with mid-size to large corporate accounts headquartered in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable new business into ALTOUR within the EMEA region and global
  • Identify and develop net new business opportunities
  • Engage with ALTOUR teams across different countries to collaborate and share lead
  • Build a strong pipeline portfolio within target markets and industry vertical
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
  • Consistently follow up with potential clients and schedule regular meetings (both in-person and online
  • Develop and nurture relationships with supplier partners
  • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations, engaging the appropriate internal team
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and track sales progress
  • Complete and manage responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Identify key decision-makers within corporations and assess their travel management needs
  • Utilize ALTOUR Sales Academy methodology to enhance sales performance


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and sales acumen
  • Strong understanding of business practices in key EMEA markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the travel industry preferred
  • Persistence and ability to follow up consistent
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior direct sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Punctuality and dependability in attendance and client engagements.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional travel within the EMEA region as required
  • Ability to interpret documents, apply abstract principles, and perform accurate calculations for pricing and proposal
