Responsibilities

Work with Business stakeholders and reduces broad business requirements into detailed IT architecture plans.
Must have a good understanding of Cloud application and integrations especially in the area of Salesforece, Salesforce CPQ and/or SF Oracle cloud application integrations.
Engage in troubleshooting and fixing integration issues on your own or in collaboration with Middleware or upstream/downstream application teams.
Perform application administration and performance management activities
Perform hands-on technical design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development as required in support of current and new enhancements
Leads large new IT solution design and manage SDLC stages from gathering requirements, Design, Build, Test & Deploy for ongoing enhancements
Perform hands-on investigation, troubleshoot, identify the RCA and fixes for support techno functional issues.
Solves complex, high impact design problems
Keeping abreast of new cloud application features and continually improve the application footprint
Create and document application requirements by working with business counterparts and end users

Bachelors or Masters in engineering, computer science, information systems, or information technology.
At least 5 years’ experience with cloud applications with an overall 8+ years IT experience.
Exposure to or awareness of all phases of software development projects, including analysis, systems design, development, and testing approaches.
Strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation and coaching, with the ability to lead and influence others.
Proven work experience & knowledge in CRM domain and/ or Oracle ERP modules.
Experience working as part of agile development teams.
Knowledge of best practices with implementation of cloud technologies
Ability to lead a Team and to collaborate across cross functional teams to meet aggressive delivery schedules
Ability to work independently in a global environment
Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies
