Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts. You will leverage your expertise with large strategic accounts to provide tailored insurance and risk management solutions that meet the unique needs of healthcare organizations. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges, and delivering strategic insights that drive growth and success.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Identify and understand the unique insurance and risk management needs of clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the healthcare sector to provide clients with proactive advice and insights.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review account performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or a minimum of 10+ years of experience in insurance consulting, brokerage, risk management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, trends, and challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen and experience with financial reporting and self-funding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
