Requirements:

Good communication skills
Fluent in French and English
2 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
Higher education diploma
Experience in SAP would be an asset
Stress resistance
Very good teamwork
Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
Additional experience in procurement domain would be an asset

Responsibilities:

Work on activities related to supply chain process : PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, , SO/STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring)
Stock level management in SAP system : stock optimization
Manual PO Placement
Collaboration with suppliers
Communication with the Production to give visibility on deliveries
Missing parts management
Dispute Management
SAP parameter setting for optimization
Identify risks and set up action by anticipation
To interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work
Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
Provide weekly operational reports
Document process documentation and standard methodologies
Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
