Minimum of 4 proven experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator or in a similar role. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Core responsibilities:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Process and track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Communicate with logistics partners to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and deliveries. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier contracts. Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with business goals. Provide regular updates to management on supply chain performance and issues.
