Role & Responsibilities
As a Network Security Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data. The key responsibilities include:

Working in a post sale environment, designing custom solutions for your clients.
Creating network / security architectures for different clients.
Working in a structured way which allows you to consult your clients on their decision making processes and give effective technical expertise.
Analysing existing security systems and offering recommendations for enhancements
Developing project timelines for ongoing system upgrades and maintaining detailed reports on security breaches and the extent of their impact

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate for the Network Security Consultant position will possess the following skills:

Circa 5 years experience as a network or security consultant, engineer or architect.
Proven expertise in various network security protocols and techniques (fire walling, network architecture, load balancing etc.).
Strong analytically skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication skills that cater to a variety of audiences, including technical team members and executive management.
Fluency in German (C1 level) is essential for this position

This is a permanent position on an unlimited contract and can be done mainly remotely (there is 0 expectation to every have to go to the company offices and only occasionally to client sites).
