Our client is a global leader within the technology industry. This is a 12-month contract position with possibilities for extension.
This is a part-time role, 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays).
The Opportunity
Duties
As a Junior Marketing Coordinator/Administrator, you will manage and execute sales and marketing projects for our growing market. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Manage digital marketing requests (e.g., SEM, prospecting).
Oversee marketing proof of execution and plan management.
Conduct campaign and traffic reporting and analysis.
Assist with data and insights analysis for Voice of Customer projects.
Create and manage customer-facing emails.
Support marketing tactic execution.
Manage and issue the weekly Promotions Newsletter and reports.
Provide administrative support for team meetings, executive visits, and stakeholder communications.
Manage team SharePoint, Teams site, and OneNote.
Handle PO management, including raising POs and submitting expenses.
Proactively learn about the business and take action to drive improvements.
Candidate Requirements
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Analytics.
CRM experience.
Photography background with image modification skills.
Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
Ability to draw and analyze data using Excel (e.g., website traffic, click rates).
Eagerness to learn new skills (e.g., e-commerce, SEO, SCM markets).
Growth mindset with proactive stakeholder relationship building.
Understanding of digital stores, e-commerce, and customer journeys.
