Job Summary:


Wellstar is looking for a skilled HR Insights and Business Intelligence Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic Data and Insights team. The HR Insights and Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing HR data, trends, and metrics to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:


1. Data Analysis: Analyze HR data including employee demographics, turnover, recruitment metrics, and performance evaluations to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
2. Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to HR leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for action.
3. Forecasting and Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast future HR trends and outcomes, enabling proactive decision-making and resource allocation.
4. HR Metrics: Develop, track, and analyze key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement, retention, diversity, and talent acquisition.
5. Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data-driven insights.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks through data analysis and monitoring.
7. Technology Utilization: Leverage HR technology platforms and tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.
8. Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare HR metrics and practices against industry standards and best practices, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR team members on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices to build analytical capabilities across the department.
10. Ad Hoc Projects: Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership, leveraging analytical skills to address specific HR challenges or opportunities.

Required Minimum Education:

  • Bachelors Business Administration/Management or Bachelors Human Resources Management or Bachelors Statistics or Bachelors Other

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

    Minimum 5 years experience in HR analytics or a related analytical role. Required
