Responsibilities:
The Alliances team cultivates external relationships with strategic partners, sharing expertise, skills, and capabilities in support of the alliance as part of a mutually beneficial partnership.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
- Recruitment of ISV Partners:
- Identify and target potential ISV partners across Middle East and Africa, Latin America and Asia Pacific that align with PowerSchool's strategic goals.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality ISV partners.
- Conduct due diligence and evaluate potential partners to ensure they meet PowerSchool's standards and requirements, including target segment reach, information security review, etc.
- Onboarding of ISV Partners:
- Create and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new ISV partners.
- Provide training and resources to ensure partners are well-equipped to represent PowerSchool's products and services as well as build product integrations.
- Facilitate smooth integration of ISV partners into PowerSchool's ecosystem.
- Management of ISV Partners:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support to ensure they meet sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Facilitate contracting and payments processes with partners, coordinating with internal legal, accounting and finance teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ISV partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align ISV partner activities with PowerSchool's overall business objectives, especially referrals for sales lead generation and co-branding / co-promotional opportunities for marketing
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with ISV partners.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness of ISV partnerships.
- Track and report on key metrics related to ISV partner recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status and impact of ISV partnerships.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in partner management, sales, or business development, preferably in the education technology industry.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with business systems, tools, project management best practices, and partner engagement methodologies; familiarity with CRMs, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with excellent leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and preferably bilingual in another language (e.g. Arabic, Spanish, Chinese).
- Candidate must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, especially in business, marketing or related field.

- Ability to thrive and adapt in an environment that is sometimes ambiguous or difficult to define as we cross multiple divisions and product/services boundaries in the solutions we take to market.
- Ability to work very well with others, this role requires a significant amount of collaboration across various organization departments and time zones.
- Excellent communicator, including group presentations, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Can-do attitude, strategic thinker and self-motivated, resourceful team member.
- Openness to working flexibly across regions and time zones.
- Candidate preferably located on the East Coast of the United States.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $85,300 - $113,600 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
